I. History
digital-X is a privately owned company head-quartered in Sunnyvale California with offices in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina and Bangalore, India. It was started by Ramesh Sharma in 1994 to provide hardware and software development consulting services. Since then, it has added two groups to its IT-Consulting services group. These are the marketing services group and the VoIP solutions group. It has also received 8(a), SDB and GSA certification from the Federal Government. digital-X is a certified reseller of Cisco and HP products. Its marketing services group has been selected as a key partner by HP Printers and Graphics Division to help promote and advertise HP.s products.
digital-X has proved itself over the last ten years to have past and present customer base of Fortune 500 companies such as Cisco, HP, Agilent, Visa, Juniper, Nortel, Sun, etc.
